Large Neptune Beach, Florida oceanfront beach house with cedar shake shingles and white wood trim - a full design-build gut-renovation remade what was formerly a variety of different apartments into a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home with a 2-car garage and new guest house with its own 2+ car garage. The interiors were completely re-imagined for modern family living without losing any “classic beach house” character.
