This was the personal home of Bill and Bunny Morgan. William Morgan (Bill), a renowned local architect built the home for his family of four in 1973. The new owners purchased the home in 2018 and hired Cornelius Construction to renovate with a light touch, bringing it’s systems including the kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms up to date. The goal of the new homeowners was to leave the integrity of the home intact while making it ready for it's new family.
