In this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Atlantic Beach, Florida home we gut-renovated the majority of the original house. We closed in a screen porch while raising the roof for a bright contemporary kitchen work space, making the open kitchen the new heart of the home. The Master Bedroom and Bathroom were an addition.
